Starring Brazilian mod-of-the-moment, Luma Grothe, Israeli-American designer Yigal Azrouël’s AW13 collection is showcased in this edgy new film entitled “Dark Flower” from Vs. Magazine, directed by Rie Rasmussen with styling by Vibe Dabelsteen.
Set to a soundtrack by Radiohead, the film unfolds a sultry stylised tale of alluring beauty, unrequited love and an all-consuming raw passion for art, fused perfectly with Azrouël’s minimalist aesthetic – figure-hugging dresses with leather detailing and a canvas splattered in a gothic mix of flowers injects a heavy dose of seduction and darkness.
