Bag lovers take note! Bracher Emden has produced a collection designed by Bora Aksu for AW12.
In 7 different colours – aubergine, butter yellow, pale grey, taupe, ink black, forest green and coral red, the bags come as a tote and a clutch, both made from super soft leather featuring a tube-like chunky piping. The clutch is also decorated in a signature Aksu organic swirl which forms a heart motif.

Aksu graduated from Central St Martins in 2002 and has become one of the biggest and brightest names on the British Fashion scene, fusing a romantic yet dark/gothic aesthetic into his designs which include his trademark cocktail dresses. Richard Emden, founder and creative director of Bracher Emden since 2002, creates futuristic and feminine bags and accessories and this collaboration with Aksu is an edgy and innovative addition to his existing range.
The bags will be exclusive to Harrods from August 31st in their New Designers Accessory Space on the Lower Ground Floor. The tote will retail at £565 and the heart shaped clutch at £365.
